So you’ve made the brilliant decision to live with us at Rego Realty! GREAT!

Here are the requirements we will need from you going forward with the application process.

1. At least 1.5 to 2 years of of employment (currently working).
2. Must show proof of income by bringing in your last 4 current pay stubs.
3. need your Social Security Card and a picture ID/License.
4. A background check from your local Police Department (cost $5.00).
5. Fill out a current Landlord Verification form.
6. Section 8 is welcomed. We will need your Section 8 voucher.

Application Fee: $30.00 (non-refundable) per adult.
